We are looking for a data-driven eCommerce professional to join our eCommerce team as an Interim eCommerce Specialist - CRO, AB testing, Digital experience. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online purchase conversion by optimizing the end-to-end customer journey and developing personalized on-site experiences.
You will oversee optimization initiatives across five Central European markets — Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia — working with Local and Global eCommerce teams. Using quantitative and qualitative insights, you will identify website inefficiencies and opportunities, design and execute A/B tests, and deliver actionable recommendations that shape our optimization and personalization roadmap.

Your responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior, friction points, and UX performance to identify opportunities for conversion and experience optimization.
- Conduct regular UX audits to monitor site performance, identify usability issues, and propose improvements.
- Develop hypotheses and business cases for A/B and multivariate testing; manage the full testing cycle—from design and setup in Monetate, to post-test analysis—ensuring statistical validity and clear success metrics.
- Maintain and evolve the testing and personalization roadmap with a strategic approach—defining clear hypotheses, success metrics, and sample sizes.
- Analyze and act on test results to shape trading strategies and prioritize feature development.
- Use customer data, preferences, and segmentation to design personalized strategies that enhance engagement and retention.
- Gather and interpret customer feedback and behavioral insights (e.g., surveys, session recordings, reviews) to guide experience improvements.
- Partner closely with eCommerce, marketing, and merchandising teams, as well as global stakeholders, to share learnings and drive optimization best practices.
You’re the perfect match, if you have
- Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce, ideally in CRO, UX optimization, or personalization roles.
- Hands-on experience with analytics, testing, and personalization tools such as Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, Monetate, Bloomreach, Optimizely, or similar.
- Strong understanding of online user behavior, conversion funnels, and UX/UI principles.
- Highly analytical and structured, with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to support test’s design and setup.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
