Analyze customer behavior, friction points, and UX performance to identify opportunities for conversion and experience optimization.
Conduct regular UX audits to monitor site performance, identify usability issues, and propose improvements.
Develop hypotheses and business cases for A/B and multivariate testing; manage the full testing cycle — from design and setup in Monetate, to post-test analysis — ensuring statistical validity and clear success metrics.
Maintain and evolve the testing and personalization roadmap with a strategic approach — defining clear hypotheses, success metrics, and sample sizes.
Analyze and act on test results to shape trading strategies and prioritize feature development.
Use customer data, preferences, and segmentation to design personalized strategies that enhance engagement and retention.
Gather and interpret customer feedback and behavioral insights (e.g., surveys, session recordings, reviews) to guide experience improvements.
Partner closely with eCommerce, marketing, and merchandising teams, as well as global stakeholders, to share learnings and drive optimization best practices.
requirements-expected :
Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce, ideally in CRO, UX optimization, or personalization roles.
Hands-on experience with analytics, testing, and personalization tools such as Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, Monetate, Bloomreach, Optimizely, or similar.
Strong understanding of online user behavior, conversion funnels, and UX/UI principles.
Highly analytical and structured, with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
Ability to leverage AI tools to support test’s design and setup.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
