The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Intercompany Senior Analyst (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Monitoring, performing analysis and maintenance of transactional data in order to ensure consistency in Purchase Orders, Stock Transfer Orders and Sales Orders for Intra/Intercompany area
Serving as "first line of support" to answer end user "how-to" questions, resolve issues and enter/process problem tickets
Analyzing negative trends or delays in the process to identify root causes enabling identification of proactive improvement opportunities
Cooperating with the team to ensure process, tools and performance measurement improvements
Responding to order status enquiries from Customer Service / Business Logistic Services Organizations across EMEA
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher degree or higher from an accredited university or 2-3 equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and/or IT
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
2-3 years of equivalent work experience
Foreign Language skills
Previous experience working with SAP
Previous experience working with Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics
Familiarity with Master Data Management preferred but not required
Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
Collaborative Team player
Analytical thinking
Work location: Hybrid
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
