For our growing financial department we are currently looking for an Intercompany (Accounting) Assistant. You will be part of the Intercompany Hub Team responsible for IC AP invoices processing and month‑end activities. Zakres obowiązków i wymagań

• Support the IC AP/GL/AR team in performing daily tasks in the following areas:
• Entering invoices with and without purchase order into the accounting system
• Ensuring timely posting of documents
• Handling internal correspondence and correspondence with suppliers
• Resolving problems related to unpaid invoices
• Assisting in the preparation of control reports and their analysis

Your Skills And Expertise

• You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details
• You speak English to a communicative degree
• You know MS Excel on a very good level
• You would like to grow in one of the accounting departments and gain your first experience
• You have an active student status and are available min. 30h/ week
