In this position you will:
- Lead production and supply planning across markets, driving decisions within an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework
- Align product flow with financial objectives and market demands, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
- Manage both short- and long-term stock levels while ensuring product availability at every touchpoint
- Secure inventory readiness for product launches and promotions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and cross-border stakeholders — from manufacturing and logistics to market teams — requiring strong communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen
- Use data to solve complex supply issues, generate actionable insights, and continuously improve planning efficiency
Qualifications
- You have proven experience in logistics or supply/demand planning — preferably in the FMCG sector — and know how to navigate complex systems
- You act before problems escalate — youre proactive and solutions-focused
- You enjoy diving into data and using Excel to uncover trends and support decisions
- You can align and influence a variety of stakeholders, even in fast-moving or uncertain contexts
- You stay composed and focused under pressure — resilience is your strength
- Youre a natural problem solver who thinks in scenarios and adapts quickly
- You are fluent in spoken and written English — confident in leading meetings, explaining complex planning topics, and aligning with global teams across time zones and cultures
