  • Amer Sports Global Business Services is looking for an Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) Business Analyst to join a dynamic team dedicated to driving automation and innovation across business processes. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with technical solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to transform operations.

responsibilities :


  • Lead and Support Automation Projects
  • Take part in and coordinate IPA and other automation initiatives from discovery through implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts and developers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Identify and Evaluate Opportunities
  • Assess processes for automation potential and define clear requirements.
  • Evaluate business cases for intelligent automation to ensure value and feasibility.
  • Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions
  • Prepare and deliver detailed functional specifications for developers and IT teams.
  • Ensure solutions meet cybersecurity and audit compliance standards.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing
  • Create test scenarios and validate that developed solutions meet requirements, adhere to high-quality standards, and include proper error handling.
  • Follow up through robot testing and assist with root cause analysis if issues arise.
  • Maintain and Improve Existing Automations
  • Act as first-line support for existing automation solutions.
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Documentation and Communication
  • Maintain proper project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

requirements-expected :


  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in RPA/IPA, including process analysis, identifying automation opportunities, and collaborating with technical teams to implement solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA and automation tools (VBA, SAP scripting, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with AI technologies for process automation.
  • Knowledge of finance processes and SAP systems.
  • Strong analytical and process mapping capabilities.
  • Basic project management and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
