Support for world-wide customers doing various types of 3rd party systems integrations with SaaS Facility Management platform 1. Customer communications are done via phone calls, emails, online meetings, ZenDesk, JIRA and other platforms. Our requirements IT technical background: bachelor’s degree or 1 years of experience in IT. Be good at customer communication, patience, self-learning. Confidence, enthusiasm, energy, humor and the ability to convey the communication through phone and email communications. Ability to lead the customer to successful project go live. Level of English: Upper Intermediate (both written and oral) / Advanced or Fluent. Optional Experience working with REST API, Webhooks, ServiceBus, SQS and similar technologies. SQL basics. Experience utilizing Postman, fiddler or similar utilities, batch scripting. Experience working with regex and log search platforms.
