As a Fortune 500 company and a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, we’re shaping the future of work so teams can reach their potential and focus on what matters most. We’re tackling big challenges with bold ideas and genuine care, looking for curious minds and courageous collaborators who bring sun‑drenched optimism and drive to create meaningful work.

About the Team

Workday’s Consulting teams are driven by a passion for our products and the success of our customers in implementing our best‑in‑class cloud solutions. We’re a diverse group of people, with an invaluable mix of experience and backgrounds, located across multiple regions. We work remotely but maintain a strong sense of collaboration, supportiveness, and fun.

About the Role

As a member of the Technical Consulting team, you’ll play a key role in the end‑to‑end deployment of technical system integrations between a customer’s Workday system and their third‑party enterprise architecture. Using Workday’s own enterprise‑class ESB technology, you will convert technical integration requirements into appropriate architectural decisions, build, test, and deploy those integrations into production. You’ll also participate in broader technical project discussions about general integration enterprise architecture best practices, application security concepts and system authentication. You’ll work on multiple customer deployments and enjoy autonomy in managing diverse workloads each week.
