responsibilities :
Manage and improve modern IT systems and integration platforms.
Ensure reliable communication between enterprise-class systems.
Administer integration systems (e.g., Kafka, TIBCO) including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Participate in projects such as cloud migrations, DevOps initiatives, and CI/CD automation.
Set up new environments and optimize existing solutions.
Ensure continuous system availability and monitor system performance.
Incident, problem, and change management at the integration layer (3rd line support).
Develop automation and self-service solutions.
requirements-expected :
Linux or Unix administration experience (or power user level).
Basic scripting or task automation skills.
Previous experience with integration platforms (Kafka, TIBCO, etc.).
Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience managing IT systems.
Familiarity with Windows Server and PowerShell.
Knowledge of network tools and commands.
Understanding of SQL databases.
Readiness to learn cloud-native technologies.
Problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
Good communication in English and Polish.
Teamwork skills.
Willingness to come to our office in Gdańsk two days a week or relocate to Trójmiasto.
