About The Position

As an Integration Developer, you will have a key role in designing, developing and implementing complex business solution integrations across multiple systems. You will be a part of the Business Support System (BSS) team. Your expertise will guide integration strategies, and you will work collaboratively with global cross‑functional teams to provide robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Designing and implementing system integrations and data provisioning across a variety of business applications and platforms
• Providing technical oversight and strategic guidance on best practices for integrations, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability
• Working closely with stakeholders across our footprint, including BSS‑team, project managers, product owners, tech leads, etc., to understand requirements and align solutions with business goals
• Conducting thorough testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integrations to ensure reliability and data accuracy
• Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of system integrations, including architecture diagrams, data flows, and process workflows

We Hope You Have

• 5+ years of experience in a developer role, with a background and interest in solution architecture and business system integration
• Knowledge of integration frameworks, API design, data protocols and familiarity with integration platforms
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and create effective integration solutions under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business language
• Interest and ability to drive process improvements and adaption
• Strong hands‑on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API design, development, and deployment
• Proficiency in API‑led connectivity and integration patterns
• Knowledge of DataWeave for data transformation
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment best practices
• Understanding of Salesforce integration and other enterprise systems is a plus
• Professional fluency in English, both verbally and written
