• Imperial Brands, an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for an Integration Coordinator.
• As Integration Coordinator, you will coordinate and support quality systems integration projects on the Group IT platforms (e.g., PLM), Administrate and maintain the quality systems modules on Group IT platforms. Additionally, you will develop quality systems for all combustible products by implementation and maintenance of quality and SPC (Statistical Process Control) tools. Create and update quality system documentation and support Central Functions on creation and development of NGP related quality systems.
• Location - Tarnowo Podgórne/Warsaw.
• Coordination and/or support for projects of quality systems integration into Group IT platforms.
• Administration of quality modules on Group IT platforms (e.g., CIS, QI, etc.).
• Refinement, development and maintenance of Combustible quality systems.
• Authoring and updating of quality related documents as of manuals, standards, SOPs, checking plans etc.
• Implementation and support of application of quality and SPC tools in production processes.
• Development and reporting on KPIs to monitor performance and/or correctness of processes and products from a quality perspective.
• Planning of non-standard quality research and advanced analysis of quality data.
