Integration Consultant with EVA – 1/2 FTE (f/m/x) Miejsce pracy: Lublin Technologies we use Expected EVA SAP HANA Optional ServiceNow About the project At the Digital Competency Center, we are developing cutting-edge software and scalable integration platforms every day. Currently, our team consists of over 50 experts in the field of Enterprise Application Integration. We are looking for an experienced Integration Consultant to support the ongoing S/4HANA EVA integration. This role focuses on functional EVA support, system configuration adjustments, and end-user training within a dynamic international environment. The project involves part-time employment (0.5 FTE). Your responsibilities Provide comprehensive functional support for SAP S/4HANA EVA within the Retail IT landscape Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to EVA integration with S/4HANA Perform system configuration adjustments in line with business requirements and best practices Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate requirements into system solutions Support integration processes between EVA and other connected systems Conduct impact analysis for proposed system changes Participate in testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, UAT support) Prepare functional documentation (configuration documents, process flows, user guides) Deliver end-user training sessions and provide post-training support Ensure proper ticket handling and follow-up (incident, service request, change management) Support risk assessment activities related to system changes and integrations Contribute to the continuous improvement of Retail IT processes and system performance Our requirements Minimum 4 years of professional experience in SAP environments At least 2 years of hands-on experience with EVA integrated with SAP S/4HANA Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (configuration, integration, support) Proven experience in functional support, including incident analysis and root cause resolution Expertise in system configuration and customization based on business needs Solid understanding of integration concepts within SAP landscapes Experience in supporting retail or similar business environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience conducting end-user training and preparing training materials Good understanding of IT service management processes Very good communication skills in English (spoken and written) Willingness to work on-site in Kraków during the first weeks of the assignment Residing in Poland required Willingness to work in this role on a part-time basis (0,5 FTE) What we offer Great Place to Work since 2015 - it’s thanks to feedback from our workers that we get this special title and constantly implement new ideas Employment stability - revenue of PLN 2.1BN, no debts, since 2006 on the market We share the profit with Workers - over PLN 76M has already been allocated for this aim since 2022 Attractive benefits package - private healthcare, benefits cafeteria platform, car discounts and more Comfortable workplace – class A offices or remote work Dozens of fascinating projects for prestigious brands from all over the world – you can change them thanks to Job Changer application PLN 1 000 000 per year for your ideas - with this amount, we support the passions and voluntary actions of our workers Investment in your growth – meetups, webinars, training platform and technology blog – you choose Fantastic atmosphere created by all Sii Power People Recruitment stages Send your CV Talk to us about your expectations Learn more about our projects and choose the best Start your adventure with Sii!
