We are looking for an experienced Integration Consultant to support the ongoing S/4HANA EVA integration. This role focuses on functional EVA support, system configuration adjustments, and end-user training within a dynamic international environment.
The project involves part-time employment (0.5 FTE).
responsibilities :
Provide comprehensive functional support for SAP S/4HANA EVA within the Retail IT landscape
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to EVA integration with S/4HANA
Perform system configuration adjustments in line with business requirements and best practices
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate requirements into system solutions
Support integration processes between EVA and other connected systems
Conduct impact analysis for proposed system changes
Participate in testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, UAT support)
Prepare functional documentation (configuration documents, process flows, user guides)
Deliver end-user training sessions and provide post-training support
Ensure proper ticket handling and follow-up (incident, service request, change management)
Support risk assessment activities related to system changes and integrations
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Retail IT processes and system performance
requirements-expected :
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in SAP environments
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with EVA integrated with SAP S/4HANA
Strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (configuration, integration, support)
Proven experience in functional support, including incident analysis and root cause resolution
Expertise in system configuration and customization based on business needs
Solid understanding of integration concepts within SAP landscapes
Experience in supporting retail or similar business environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience conducting end-user training and preparing training materials
Good understanding of IT service management processes
Very good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Willingness to work on-site in Kraków during the first weeks of the assignment
Residing in Poland required
Willingness to work in this role on a part-time basis (0,5 FTE)
