Integrated Management System Specialist

• Supervision of the companys integrated Management System and work on its improvement.
• Supervision of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards.
• Co-creation of the companys Integrated Documentation Management System.
• Development and creating of internal procedures and instructions, as well as supervision of their quality.
• Collaboration with all departments in the company to improve and propose new solutions in processes.
• Participation in the risk management process.
• Participation in the companys change management process, risk assessment of changes, and coordination of actions related to changes.
• Implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Participation in internal audits and creating the audits plan.
• Monitoring post-audit activities.
• Diagnosing process deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Preparing and conducting employee training in Quality Management.

An Integrated Management System (IMS) Specialist is responsible for creating, overseeing and maintaining an organizations Integrated Management System, which combines various management systems such as Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001).
