Insurance Practice Leader

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Practice Leader to join our Link Group team. This role will be responsible for driving IT service sales in the insurance sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for IT services in Insurance sector
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners
• Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities
• Participate in international Insurance conferences to promote the company and acquire new clients
• Collaborate with the technical team to tailor services to client needs
• Prepare proposals and presentations for clients
• Analyze sales results and report to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within Insurance sector
• Fluency in English
• Strong network among international firms
• Experience representing the company at international insurance conferences
• Ability to analyze the market and identify new sales opportunities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
