requirements-expected :
Minimum bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant Financial Services or consulting experience, preferably in Insurance domain.
Relevant experience in Non-Life Insurance or Life Insurance: Insurance Platform & Ecosystem (Guidewire, DuckCreek, TIA, Prophet, Salesforce), IT systems implementation, systems integration/data migration, digital solutions, AI, Automation.
Experience as Business Analyst, Solution Architect or Tester in front-end application delivery.
Strong communicator with fluency in English.
Natural leader: proactive in skill enhancement and easily establishes relationships with clients and colleagues.
Team player who enjoys intellectual stimulation and collaboration with global colleagues. Committed to constant progress.
