As Insurance professional in our Insurance Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe team, you’ll work with key industry players in the Insurance sectors around the world. You’ll help our clients keep up with the latest market challenges and innovations and bring them the industry-leading best practices, technologies and strategies in everything from product or process optimization to the booming switch to platforms and cloud.
responsibilities :
Drive our insurance platform projects, creating solutions that will redefine the sector and positively impact client experiences.
Define, develop, and test architectures, capabilities, and processes to deliver state of the art solutions.
Advise Insurance carriers on cost reduction, operating model design, and business process optimization using forward-thinking and growth driven mindset.
Support clients in a digital transformation of key capabilities, building relationships with global Accenture teams.
Use analytical skills to clarify complex issues, gather data-driven insights, and collaborate with the best minds in the industry.
requirements-expected :
Minimum bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant Financial Services or consulting experience, preferably in Insurance domain.
Relevant experience in Non-Life Insurance or Life Insurance: Insurance Platform & Ecosystem (Guidewire, DuckCreek, TIA, Prophet, Salesforce), IT systems implementation, systems integration/data migration, digital solutions, AI, Automation.
Experience as Business Analyst, Solution Architect or Tester in front-end application delivery.
Strong communicator with fluency in English.
Natural leader: proactive in skill enhancement and easily establishes relationships with clients and colleagues.
Team player who enjoys intellectual stimulation and collaboration with global colleagues. Committed to constant progress.
Digitally savvy, forward-thinking, and growth-driven, with good time management skills and ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
