• Support clients in a digital transformation of key capabilities, building relationships with global Accenture teams.

• Use analytical skills to clarify complex issues, gather data-driven insights, and collaborate with the best minds in the industry.

Oferujemy

• Minimum bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant Financial Services or consulting experience, preferably in Insurance domain.

• Relevant experience in Non-Life Insurance or Life Insurance: Insurance Platform & Ecosystem (Guidewire, DuckCreek, TIA, Prophet, Salesforce), IT systems implementation, systems integration/data migration, digital solutions, AI, Automation.

• Experience as Business Analyst, Solution Architect or Tester in front-end application delivery.

• Strong communicator with fluency in English.

• Natural leader: proactive in skill enhancement and easily establishes relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Team player who enjoys intellectual stimulation and collaboration with global colleagues. Committed to constant progress.

• Digitally savvy, forward-thinking, and growth-driven, with good time management skills and ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously.
