Your responsibilities
- Drive our insurance projects and deliver solutions that will redefine the sector and positively impact client experiences.
- Advise Insurance carriers on cost reduction, operating model design, and business process optimization using forward-thinking and growth driven mindset.
- Managing projects that address the latest global challenges of the insurance world.
- Support clients in a digital transformation of key capabilities, building relationships with global Accenture teams.
- Use analytical skills to clarify complex issues, gather data-driven insights, and collaborate with the best minds in the industry.
Our requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant Financial Services or consulting experience, preferably in Insurance domain.
- Relevant experience in Non-Life Insurance or Life Insurance: Product strategy & development, distribution, underwriting, claims, operations, pricing.
- Experience as Business Analyst, Subject Matter Expert, Business Architect, Project Manager, Test Manager.
- Strong communicator with fluency in English.
- Natural leader: proactive in skill enhancement and easily establishes relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Team player who enjoys intellectual stimulation and collaboration with global colleagues. Committed to constant progress.
- Digitally savvy, forward-thinking, and growth-driven, with good time management skills and ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously.
Optional
- Professional certifications like Agile, SAFe, Professional Scrum Master,
- Knowledge of German, French, Italian, Spanish or other European languages.

Working conditions
- Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk.
- We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
