Insurance Data & Business Analyst – Experis

This role is intended for candidates residing in Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with onsite coordinators.
• Assist in the planning and execution of project deliverables.
• Conduct business analysis, gather functional and non-functional requirements.
• Communicate with customer representatives as required.
• Be willing to travel to customer locations when necessary.
• Adhere to and champion quality standards.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Strong understanding of relational databases, data marts, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• Experience in the insurance domain.
• Experience in data migration.
• Experience in data cleaning and preparation.
• Experience in data exploration and analysis.
• Data visualization and reporting skills using no-code or low-code solutions.
• SQL analysis and development experience.
• English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or another technical qualification.
• 3+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar position.
• Excellent business communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with OpenL Tablets.
• Certificates proving skills in Java, Spring, SQL, AWS or Azure Cloud, Angular, React.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
