How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

As a part of the E&C Europe Site Activities Department, you would be mainly responsible for managing the field activities during the Construction phase of a site assigned and assisting during the Pre-Commissioning phase if necessary. In this role, you would have two main functions: implementing technical competence and managing the team of his discipline within the project.

• You will represent the E&C Europe Site Activities Department to the client, partners, and subcontractors;
• You will supervise the contractors in your field of competencies with emphasis on safety, quality, schedule, and cost;
• And manage the interfaces between disciplines and subcontractors;
• You will plan the mobilization of vendor representatives;
• And prepare and implement site-specific working instructions and procedures regarding construction utilizing the Air Liquide standards;
• You will ensure the quality of construction/installation works according to contract requirements;
• And report safety deviations and data for the site.

Key to your success will be :

• An Instrumentation engineering background is mandatory
• Furthermore, it would be good to have an Electrical engineering background
• You should be able to demonstrate technical experience and strong management and leadership capability;
• Proven experience in Safety Management during construction activities;
• Fluent English is also mandatory for this role;
• Candidates must already be legally eligible to work in Poland.
