TERMS
- The project is scheduled to start in January 2025 and will run for approximately 11+ months until at least the end of December 2025 (with the option to extend).
- Contract type: fixed-term employment or freelance project .
- The position requires a commitment of 56 hours per week .
RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Site Supervisor to oversee the instrumentation aspects of a large-scale air separation plant construction project in Płock. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to apply their skills in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Oversee and manage the instrumentation installation and commissioning activities at the site.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of the instrumentation works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to the installation teams.
- Manage documentation related to instrumentation works, including compliance reports, testing protocols, and handover documents.
- Address and resolve technical issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and project progress.
REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within chemical plant construction or a related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of instrumentation technology and industry-specific standards.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Polish is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
