  • A/TP-L-LSPD Team is currently looking for an Instructional Design and Learning Technology Specialistto join our team.In this role, your responsibilities will includedesigning engaging learning solutions with SMEsand internal teams,defining training goals and scope aligned with business needs,analyzing learner needs andperformance gaps,creating instructional materials (storyboards, graphics, animations),evaluating trainingeffectiveness and driving improvements,sharing knowledge and supporting team growth.Ifyouhave skills listed below, do not hesitate to apply.

responsibilities :


  • Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders and internal teams to create customer-focused training solutions,
  • Apply instructional design methods and adult learning theory to create engaging programs,
  • Define training scope, curriculum and learning objectives aligned with business needs,
  • Analyze learner needs and performance gaps to shape effective learning solutions,
  • Assess technology environment and select tools/media suited for audience and infrastructure,
  • Create instructional materials (storyboards, graphics, animations, learning interfaces),
  • Use evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick) to measure training effectiveness and impact,
  • Develop metrics to track training outcomes and drive continuous improvement,
  • Write and structure content clearly, avoiding cognitive overload and ensuring accessibility,
  • Stay current with learning trends and propose innovative design strategies,
  • Share expertise and mentor colleagues to strengthen team capabilities.

requirements-expected :


  • Experience in e-learning and blended learning design, ideally in a corporate setting,
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design methodologies (e.g., 6Ds, High Performance Learning Journeys),
  • Ability to create instructions for complex IT products (aviation systems preferred),
  • Analytical skills to define success criteria and impact maps,
  • Strong attention to detail and a “test before release” mindset,
  • Open communication skills and cultural sensitivity,
  • Good command of English (B2 or higher),
  • Proactive, results-oriented attitude and readiness to work in a cross-functional, agile team,
  • Readiness to work in a hybrid model-2 days in the office in Gdańsk.
