About Binance VIP & Institutional Team

We work closely with a wide range of market participants, including individual traders, high‑frequency trading (HFT) and proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers and family offices, market makers and brokers, investment banks, and more. Responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
  • Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers.
  • Analyze user behavior, find hidden needs, write key customer analysis reports, and communicate with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback.

Requirements

  • Sales experience (customer acquisition/origination) with clear sales KPI.
  • Familiarity with the use of a CRM tool.
  • Worked autonomously within a sales team; experience with regional sales teams and hosting/acquiring event participants.
  • At least 3–5 years of sales and client services experience with an international financial background in banking, investments, FX sales.
  • Client portfolio including institutional clients, HNW individuals, proprietary trading firms, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
  • Strong communication, flexibility, ability to maintain relationships, excellent sales skills, and work under pressure.
  • Passionate about crypto; industry experience is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
