Installation Supervisor

Your responsibilities

• Team management: organizing work on-site and coordinating the work schedule, conducting daily meetings, participating in evaluations and Technicians' development
• Project coordination: attending meetings with the client, coordinating and monitoring the progress of project stage, managing daily general matters on-site
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards: ensuring compliance of works with QHSE, being an ambassador of good behavior
• Problem-solving: taking responsibility for resolving any issues to avoid delays and ensure high-quality work
• Reporting: managing project documentation, sending reports to the client, coordinating the circulation and accuracy of documentation

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a wind turbine technician
• Previous role as a team leader
• Excellent knowledge of Nordex or Vestas wind turbines
• Very good level of English proficiency
• Leadership skills - ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
• Result and goal-oriented
• Problem-solving skills
• Desire for growth and participation in development training programs
