As one of the top players in cashless payments industry in Europe, we are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated and ambitious person who would like to take a great step forward in analytical skills development as a new member of European Insights and Analytics Team.
Your Responsibilities
- Acquire data from multiple data sources in order to perform analysis and reporting.
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data in order to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations for action.
- Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations so they act upon them and make data driven decisions.
- Ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to develop and provide insights and analytics supporting business performance and decision-making, including but not limited to:
- Analyse sales process and behaviour to drive efficiency and unification.
- Modelling customer strategy related projects and providing analytical support to project teams.
- Deliver insights based on financial analytical datasets to business stakeholders.
- Extract, process and understand business data to deliver tailored analysis for internal stakeholders.
- Identify customer attrition drivers and support the development of retention initiatives.
- Leverage SalesForce.com and other internal data sources to provide insights and recommendations to the end-to-end sales and customer servicing processes.
Our Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Analytics or Finance.
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret results to present insights clearly.
- Ability to build and process complex datasets to deliver commercial insights.
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar.
- Basic SQL skills.
- Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills to support Senior Leadership presentation.
- Fluent English language, oral and written.
- Quick-learner and positive, confident communicator.
Optional
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong eye for detail.
- Financial Services experience is a plus but not essential.
- Experience in tools like Power Query/Power Pivot is a plus.
- Experience in multinational organization is welcomed.

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
Working Hours: Based on Polish standard time (typically 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
