About The Role

The Insights & Analytics (I&A) Manager will lead the development and execution of data‑driven marketing strategies. This role involves leveraging insights to drive business growth, enhance consumer engagement, and optimise marketing performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies to support marketing objectives
• Analyze market trends, consumer & shopper behaviour, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights
• Conduct independent ad‑hoc market research projects
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate data insights into marketing initiatives
• Design and manage dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
• English and Polish in writing and speaking at a proficient level
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within FMCG, OTC, or a market research agency
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sell‑out data analysis (Nielsen and/or IQVIA), and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI
• Knowledge of research methodologies is an asset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
• Openness to learn new things
