Inside Sales Team Leader with German

Key Responsibilities:• Leads a team of 5–10 Inside Sales Representatives• Manages team performance against quotas and sales forecasts, executes operating plans and ensures sales objectives are met• Maintains and promotes a successful and positive work environment; trains new hires and provides coaching and counselling to direct reports• Collaborates with field sales employees on territory planning and execution• Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and account updates in Salesforce CRM• Expanding the company39s presence within target organisations and maximising market coverage
Requirements:• Advanced proficiency in English and German• Skilled motivator with a passion for coaching and developing sales staff to exceed targeted sales objectives and deliver high quality service to customers• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.• Proven sales experience as an inside sales representative• Demonstrated knowledge of different sales methodologies• Experience with Salesforce, Virtualisation technology and MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.) is a plus• Storage vendors and partners
