Your responsibilities
- Lead response: Serve as the initial point of contact for website-generated leads, assess their potential using BANT qualification, and swiftly direct them to the appropriate party for quote, initial technical support with follow-up for commercial intent, or disqualification.
- Ensure consistent, positive customer experience throughout the entire interaction with our company, regardless of business outcome, fostering a positive Net Promoter Score and lead conversion rate.
- Competitive Sales Insight: Identify and leverage opportunities to convert customers from competitor products, driving new sales and expanding market share.
- Follow-Up Management: Actively track and advance all warm leads within the company, liaising with the relevant teams, and diligently pursue resolution to a win or loss outcome.
- CRM Oversight: Maintain and ensure governance with CRM systems by brand for lead management and analyze conversion metrics to seek areas for performance optimization.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects, instilling a customer-first approach within our team culture and technological advancements. Collaborate with the Product Management, external sales and other teams on prospecting campaigns aimed at increasing lead volume and supporting strategic business growth.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to the inside sales team, collaborating with the inside sales team leaders in other regions, detailing team performance, preparing reports, identifying areas for improvements, ensuring Team’s goals are achieved.
- Quoting via ecommerce, speed to quote, improve conversion rate
- Through provided product training, be conversation on potential solutions to customer requirements and understand general product ranges that fit customer application needed.
Our requirements
- Bachelors degree with 4+ years of experience in a sales & service environment, or equivalent years of experience required. 2+ years of proven customer service expertise in industrial product sales preferred.
- Direct experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems is desired.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to speak to technical requirements and specifications. Self-driven, confident, and team oriented.
- English and French fluency is required and ability to speak one or more of the following languages preferred: Spanish, or Italian.

Travel and Work Arrangements
This position is hybrid, after an initial 6-8 weeks training period in office, with occasional travel, up to 15%, depending on business requirements. The environment may include work inside and outside of an office environment, including customer visits and tradeshows. Ability to stand/walk/sit for long periods of time.
Job Summary
We Are hiring! Ingersoll Rand is seeking a seasoned inside sales leader to lead our customer focused inside sales team, based in Warsaw, Poland. This hybrid position is a chance to build a local team to be the first point of contact for external leads coming into the business for our Precision Technology brands. The team leader will be responsible for qualifying high potential leads and driving positive Net Promotor Score and improved lead handoff and closing processes with our internal sales teams and external channel partners, driving increased lead conversion rate. The right candidate will bring a combination of experience in direct to end-user sales, customer service, and problem solving.
This position is a player-coach with the opportunity to interact, qualify, nurture leads, and will have the opportunity to recruit and hire one inside sales specialist in the short term, with future potential of expanding the team based on successful results and budget availability.
