Main responsibilities:
- Maintaining and establishing long-term, positive relationships with customers by phone and e-mail (high level of customer satisfaction).
- Remote sale of products and services in the field of industrial automation.
- Acquiring customers, building business relationships with them, and preparing commercial offers.
- Processing orders, including determining the form of payment, invoicing, and contact in the event of non-payment.
- Telephone negotiations with clients, potential clients, and suppliers.
- Telephone and Internet search for suppliers in response to business needs.
- Familiarize yourself with local sales, import, and export laws.
- Implementation of quantitative and qualitative sales targets for products and services (relationship management) as well as assumed budgets and financial goals.
- Regular contact with the Purchasing Department in order to receive offers, updates, and order statuses as well as with the Logistics Department, the Repair Department and the Financial Department, and others.
- Working closely with the external sales team (Italy), helping them with their day-to-day tasks such as talking to customers, quotes, checking internal systems, and making sure all orders are delivered as planned.
- Working daily with internal systems to check customer repairs, making sure all deliveries are on time.
Requirements:
- A high level of written and spoken Italian is required.
- A good command of English is required as all our systems are in English.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
- Ability to accurately and quickly respond to customer needs.
- An active approach to tasks and people.
- Very good communication and listening skills.
- Enthusiasm and consistency in action.
- Ability to work in a team and plan tasks.
- Analytical mind and the ability to draw conclusions.
