Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for a sales-oriented and well-organized Inside Sales Support Specialist with Italian language skills to join our team in Katowice, Poland. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong administrative skills with a commercial mindset and thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

We are seeking someone who is proactive, independent, and driven by results – someone who takes initiative, builds strong customer relationships, and actively contributes to achieving sales targets.

You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to manage customer relationships and ensure smooth execution of sales and service processes across the Italian market. You will also collaborate with various internal departments to coordinate service delivery and resolve issues efficiently.

You will report to the Customer Service Manager and work in a hybrid model (remote and onsite).

Employment takes place through a temporary employment agency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Regional Sales Manager in daily operations and customer interactions.
  • Conducting phone and web research to identify potential customers and suppliers.
  • Handling telephone and email communication with customers and vendors.
  • Conducting commercial negotiations with customers and potential clients to secure sales and build long-term relationships.
  • Preparing and following up on quotations.
  • Receiving and processing customer orders, including arranging payment methods.
  • Creating and managing invoices.
  • Monitoring order and service status using internal systems.
  • Ensuring timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to coordinate service execution.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to sales activities.
  • Assisting in compliance checks for local sales, import, and export regulations.
  • Chasing outstanding payments and ensuring proper financial documentation.
  • Actively contributing to sales performance through customer engagement and follow-ups.

The Essentials - You Will Have

  • Good English skills (minimum B1+ level).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience in commercial negotiations and customer interaction.
  • Goal-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks.
  • A natural drive for sales and achieving targets.
