- Sales and Business Development: Drives sales by targeting prospective markets and accounts, generating leads, and securing new prospects for new customers and business opportunities, while growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio. Sets clear customer objectives aligned with sales plans and track progress against these objectives through regular reviews, e.g., win room. Serves as first line of technical application support for customers to meet their technical and commercial needs.
- Sales Execution: Prepares and presents proposals and conducts timely virtual customer visits in line with customer segmentation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Provides immediate and comprehensive commercial and technical support to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Reporting and Administrative Tasks: Completes all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly, including reporting on sales, product trends, personal performance, and customer utilization; utilizes tools and resources effectively and maintains sales information within the project tracker.
Requirements
- Over two (2) years of sales experience
- Industry-related experience is a plus
Education
- A Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study is preferred or equivalent work experience in an engineering environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and team members
- Good command of English and Swedish
- Being proactive, quick learner, and able to adapt to fast-paced environments are key traits for success in sales roles
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office and using CRM systems
