Damovo Poland is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our team.
Located in Warsaw, this role will primarily target the Polish market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential new business opportunities through cold‑calling, email, social media and lead generation campaigns.
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients to identify new opportunities to cross‑sell and upsell products and services and to develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify decision makers to begin the sales process prior to handing over to Account Manager.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Educate and inform prospects about all Damovo’s Service offerings.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and develop a calendar of activities to continually work the prospect list.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track and manage leads and opportunities.
- Engage in continuous professional development activities to progress through the sales function.
Experience and Skills We Value
- Ideally around 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation — this is an advantage, not a must.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and prospects over the phone, by email and through social channels.
- Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with customers.
- A proactive, driven, and ambitious mindset, with the resilience to thrive in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
- Experience working with sales and marketing tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or sales automation tools is beneficial — and where knowledge is missing, we’ll support you with hands‑on training.
- A genuine motivation to succeed in a sales‑focused role, with the ambition to grow and develop your career.
- The right attitude and curiosity to learn, develop, and execute sales strategies that achieve targets and deliver measurable impact.
