Job Description

Inside Sales Representative role on the Akamai Central Eastern Europe Sales Team. Responsible for managing customer experience, growing revenue for a specific territory’s install base, and acting as liaison between customers and internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem‑solving.
  • Developing strategic sales plans to maximize opportunities in your accounts.
  • Helping customers get value out of Akamai’s platforms and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Polish and English (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in persuasive, influential communication across phone, Webex, social media, and email.
  • Passion for technology, cyber security, cloud compute, and enterprise security solutions.
  • Experience with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Verifiable track record of sales success and goal attainment in an IT sales role.
