As an Inside Sales Representative in the PreSales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients in a defined segment and expanding the DKV portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and communicate with leads and prospects via phone and email to generate interest in DKV Mobility products and services.
- Conduct the first contact to prospects to identify sales opportunities and forwarding leads to field sales
- Give detailed information about core DKV Mobility services and products
- Generate and nurture leads independently - on the basis of cold and warm leads.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information and hand-over to field sales
- Efficiently schedule and manage appointments for field sales
- Manage requests and correspondence from purchased databases
- Use and maintain the CRM system and ensure accurate tracking and correcting the data quality
Your profile
- Experience in sales in industries such as banking, insurance, and financial services.
- Strong communication skills and a strong sales focus.
- Passion for sales, independence, and conscientiousness.
- Teamwork skills, initiative, and commitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems is a plus.
- Good command of English.
