Inside Sales Manager for the US Market (Bid Manager)

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate sales and proposal activities from planning to submission, ensuring alignment with client needs and compliance requirements, under the leadership of Americas based team.
- Support proposal development by writing, editing, and tailoring non-technical content, including resumes and project descriptions, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal teams, subcontractors, and partners, including scheduling and leading key meetings.
- Manage proposal logistics and production, including document formatting, checking client websites, graphic integration, and submission preparation (both electronic and hard copy).
- Drive process improvement by identifying issues, suggesting enhancements, and ensuring strategic differentiators and win themes are reflected in final deliverables.

Requirements
- Minimum BS/BA in journalism, English, communications, management or similar.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience developing and coordinating proposals, presentations, and related sales or business development deliverables.
- Proposal experience in engineering, architecture, construction, etc. is a plus.
- Strong organizational qualities and attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong English verbal, writing, editing and proofreading skills, with an eye towards sales messaging, themes, proposal aesthetics, quality, and content.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (mandatory).
- Adobe Creative Suite including In‑Design is a plus.
- Experienced in CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
