Overview

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will ensure compliance with and implementation of customer‑specific work processes and procedures. You will liaise with internal parties and external suppliers and contribute to the achievement of AIT annual goals & targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales activity in the branch by contacting potential new customers
• Fixing and monitoring appointments for the outdoor sales
• Preparation and monitoring of offers
• Order processing and shipment registration
• Organization of freight and customs handling, as well as export control
• Ensuring and processing billing to customers
• Processing of special orders, as well as complaints
• Supporting and advising the customers and agents
• Preparation of delivery bills, customs documents, etc.
• Maintenance of statistics for performance measurement and as a basis for accounting
• Support resolution of local NCR’s, complaints, claims
• Support Implementation & continuous improvement for customers
• Prepare & analyze various business statistics (KPIs for customers & internal)
• Execute all Dangerous Goods shipments in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (as applicable).

Qualifications

• Completed training in freight forwarding
• Eventual completed trainings and professional courses in the field of export, DG (Dangerous Goods)
• Min 1‑2 years of experience in the commercial area of freight forwarding.
• Min 1‑2 years of experience in the transportation and/or supply chain solutions
• Demonstrated work experience in process implementation, customer service and logistics.
• Fluent in Polish and English (oral and written).
