Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
What will you do
- Customer-facing role executes the engagement and drives partner hand-off
- Main point of contact for Microsofts customers, leading the initial lead and opportunity conversion phases of the sales process including overcoming objections and negotiating success before handing over to Microsoft Partner to quote, close and transact
- Engage across industries to determine customer needs and opportunities for Microsoft cloud technologies
- Obsess over Microsoft’s customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience
- Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists
- Turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline (e.g., BANT: budget, authority, need and timeline)
- Exceed targets for net-new revenue and sales pipeline; accurately forecast sales, pipeline and usage for the products and solutions
What do we expect
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years proven inside sales/sales experience
- Experience in end-to-end account management, account planning and managing large customers
- Catch inbound and net-new qualified leads
- Sales aptitude with the ability to empathize with customers and meet targets
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and presentation skills
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and language of the territory
- Highly proficient computer skills including MS Office and Salesforce
- Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to evolving client needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience in technology and technology sales
- Metrics-based sales experience with emphasis on performance, quota attainment and promotions
- Demonstrate speed, agility, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with an ability to ramp up quickly
- Proactively communicate progress to clients and identify areas for improvement in how they use our solutions
- Minimum of 1 year of sales/inside sales experience with SMB-level customers preferred
- IT environment experience preferred
- Bachelors degree preferred
