About the Role
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of both active and dormant accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upsell, Cross-Sell, SaaS Migrations: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing customers base. Prepare proposals and sales presentations, conduct negotiations, and finalize contracts.
- Re-engage Dormant Accounts: Contact dormant accounts, with the goal of reigniting their interest and exploring growth opportunities.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Leverage cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional value to customers throughout the sales lifecycle and beyond.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role within the IT or software industry.
- Language Skills: Speaks fluent English and Dutch.
- Proactive and Results-Oriented: Demonstrates a proactive approach with a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Open to Change: Embraces change and is adaptable to new processes, ensuring a positive attitude towards evolving company strategies.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
- Team Player: Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
