Obowiązki

• Support innovation teams in identifying and resolving first-impression legal issues efficiently.

• Conduct legal assessments of innovative initiatives, identifying risks and mitigation strategies with cross-functional collaboration.

• Develop clear, forward-thinking guidance to assist business and Legal teams across Accenture.

• Contribute to templates and training materials for Innovation and Legal teams, proactively enhancing resources.

• Take on assignments as required by the Innovation Legal Lead, embracing challenges as opportunities.

Oferujemy

• 6+ years relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting.

• Extensive experience at a law firm and/or as in-house counsel with special focus on product and offering counsel work, identifying risks and proposing solutions in a legally compliant manner.

• Understanding of or willingness to learn about regulatory frameworks that may apply to the innovations.

• Experience in drafting and reviewing a variety of low to high complexity agreements with vendors, clients, partners (including Academics partners).

• Strong interest in learning about emerging technologies

• Commitment to a creative, inclusive, and diverse workplace.  

• Good communication skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to working with diverse teams, adapting quickly to changes in business strategies, and developing trusted relationships with business leaders. 

• Open to work with and understand cross-cultures and locations throughout the Accenture global organization.
