As part of the Data Enablement Factory team you will take care of several data ingestions  from different source system to our Group Data Platform. You will be held accountable for overall delivery of end to end ingestion activities (including classification follow up, lineage follow up, production incidents) for specific ingestions, you will be integrated in one product Team where the Product Owner will assign you ingestions. You will have to deal with several stakeholders (technical and non technical) and report on a very regular basis on your ingestions progress.

This is a hybrid position, you will work form the office in Wrocław 2 days a week

The candidate must be a good communicator. This is essential for effective collaboration with the Ingestion Specialist role. As stated in the job description, the candidate should also have solid experience as a Project Manager, be comfortable with reporting, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders profiles.

Proven experience as a Project Manager or Data Business Analyst
Ability to drive, follow up, and report on data ingestion activities (ingestion, classification, lineage)
Accountable for the delivery of Data Engineers and source-side stakeholders (including external vendors)
Ability to document data ingestion requirements (e.g., mappings, business rules)
Autonomous, proactive, and initiative-driven
Solution-oriented with strong skills in managing cross-functional stakeholders (both managerial and operational)
Excellent skills in documentation and presentations
Technology Requirements:
Must-have: Azure DevOps
Nice-to-have:
Experience with ETL, ESB, or API ingestion/integration
Familiarity with modern data platforms
