Infrastructure Support Team Coordinator
Your responsibilities
- organizing, coordinating, and monitoring tasks with day-to-day operations in Network Area
- being responsible for high quality and timeliness of tasks delivered by both teams
- building and maintaining good relations within the teams, as well as ongoing support and motivation of all team members
- being responsible for new joiners onboarding, as well as ongoing competency development of all teammates
- being responsible for continuous service improvements and optimization
- cooperating with internal and external customers, as well as responding to escalations
- collaborating with stakeholders within the company as a part of multiple projects, changes, and improvements
Our requirements
- communicative English and Polish language (spoken and written)
- solid knowledge of ITIL processes
- solid knowledge of systems and solutions supporting Networking area
- ability to properly organize own work and to fulfil tasks of different character and priority
- good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage relations with teammates, customers, and other stakeholders
- analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- accountability, self-reliance, and ability to work in fast-changing environment
- positive and can-do attitude
- IT-related education completed or in progress
- Experience in managing/coordinating IT operations
- experience in conversations with difficult and demanding customers
- creativity and critical thinking skills
