Infrastructure Support Team Coordinator will be responsible for co-managing day-to-day operations of the Network Factory Team (ca. 20 people),

responsibilities :

organizing, coordinating, and monitoring tasks with day-to-day operations in Network Area
being responsible for high quality and timeliness of tasks delivered by both teams
building and maintaining good relations within the teams, as well as ongoing support and motivation of all team members
being responsible for new joiners onboarding, as well as ongoing competency development of all teammates
being responsible for continuous service improvements and optimization
cooperating with internal and external customers, as well as responding to escalations
collaborating with stakeholders within the company as a part of multiple projects, changes, and improvements

requirements-expected :

communicative English and Polish language (spoken and written)
solid knowledge of ITIL processes
solid knowledge of systems and solutions supporting Networking area
ability to properly organize own work and to fulfil tasks of different character and priority
good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage relations with teammates, customers, and other stakeholders
analytical and solution-oriented mindset
accountability, self-reliance, and ability to work in fast-changing environment
