responsibilities :

• Maintain and optmize the organizations server environment to ensure seamless performance
• Quickly respond to and resolve infrastructure-related incidents to minimize disrupt
• Analyze and diagnose technical issues, identifying root causes and propose solution
• Provide advanced technical support to resolve infrastructure-related issues and minimize downtime
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of the infrastructure setup, configurations, and operational procedures
• Work closely with other IT teams, including 3rd Line Support and external vendors, to resolve incidents effectively
• Be able to work in both our Cloud (Servers, Azure technologies etc) and OnPrem environment (e.g. Exchange, Servers etc)
• Regularly perform data backups and test recovery procedures to safeguard against data loss and ensure quick recovery in case of a disaster
• Assess and plan for future infrastructure needs based on the organizations growth and technological advancements
• Identify areas for improvement within support processes and implement changes to enhance service delivery
• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of system upgrades and updates
• Management of Server hardware

• 3 or more years in IT and Systems engineering or systems administration
• Previous Level 2 or 3 experience hands on supporting a business
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments, including PowerShell, SCCM and other
• Experience in VMware environment, such as; vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, vROPS and other
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• PowerShell skillset aiming at driving Automation
• Ansible, Linux and Hyper-Converge Infrastructure skills are seen as positive
