responsibilities :
Drive and own state-of-the-art infrastructure solutions
Contribute to disaster recovery and backup strategies
Support data protection and hybrid cloud adoption
Act as technical lead for backup and restore topics
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for solution designs
Support the design of target backup solutions
Lead technology product evaluations
Communicate with management regarding Next Generation Services
requirements-expected :
Led or supported development of IT Backup and Restore strategies
Experience with various backup and restore technologies (VMware, SQL, Azure, SaaS, SAP.)
You have a good knowledge in a variety of technologies in the respective area (Azure, Rubrik, IBM ISP), ideally supplemented by relevant certifications
Track record in designing modern infrastructure solutions
Understanding of large-scale, high-availability multi-cloud environments
Knowledge in a variety of relevant technologies
University degree in computer science or equivalent
Proactive team player with a „can do” mentality
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Fluency in English, ideally in German
