Your new roleThe Infrastructure Solution Architect is responsible for designing and governing robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements. As the technical product owner, the role bridges strategic infrastructure initiatives with implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and operational standards. The position supports both project delivery and operational excellence through solution development, lifecycle management, and high-level technical support.
Main responsibilities:

• Act as Technical Product Owner for selected infrastructure services, driving product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle
• Design and develop end-to-end infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Lead and document infrastructure architecture decisions in collaboration with stakeholders, balancing technical constraints and business needs
• Responsible for the design and development of specific infrastructure services across areas such as compute, storage, networking, or cloud platforms
• Conduct 3rd level support, including deep-dive technical analysis and root cause identification
• Participate in on-call support rotation to provide expert-level incident response and resolution for critical infrastructure components
• Collaborate closely with operations, security, application teams, and vendors to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including design specifications, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles
• Drive continuous service improvements, performance optimization, and automation initiatives
• Evaluate new technologies and assess their relevance and impact on the current infrastructure landscape

What you39ll need to succeed

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
• Relevant certifications, e.g. Cloud, Azure, Network, TOGAF, ITIL
• Strong experience in infrastructure architecture and solution design
• Proficient in technical leadership and acting as a Product Owner for infrastructure services or platforms
• Solid knowledge of cloud and hybrid architectures (e.g. Azure)
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, automation tools, and DevOps practices
• Broad technical knowledge across networking, compute, storage, and security domains
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, including with external vendors and support partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
