We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Technical Program Manager to lead and oversee the infrastructure systems that power our mission-critical services for millions of users. You will be responsible for the reliability, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency of a complex, dynamic microservices architecture with NoSQL databases. This role demands a strong technical background, proven program management skills, a deep understanding of network design, and a passion for optimizing infrastructure performance and cost.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in managing complex infrastructure environments, including network design and management.​​​​​​​
• Strong technical background in microservices architectures, NoSQL databases, cloud technologies, network protocols, and cost optimization strategies.
• Proven track record in program/project management and delivering cost savings.
• Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, and security best practices for both infrastructure and networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

,[Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in infrastructure management, network design, and cost optimization., Develop and execute comprehensive infrastructure roadmaps and project plans, incorporating network upgrades, optimizations, and cost reduction initiatives., Manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget., Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, operations, security, networking, finance) to align infrastructure initiatives with business objectives and cost targets., Design and implement disaster recovery plans that meet stringent RTO and RPO requirements while minimizing cost impact., Conduct capacity planning and performance optimization to ensure high availability and cost-effective resource utilization., Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect the infrastructure, network, and user data., Design and implement scalable, efficient, and cost-effective network architectures to support the demands of a dynamic microservices environment., Monitor network traffic and capacity planning to identify bottlenecks, plan for future growth, and optimize costs., Continuously analyze infrastructure and network costs to identify opportunities for savings.
