Job Description:

The Infrastructure Senior Tech Analyst provides optimized and efficient production management and solution delivery services with a focus to build an aligned culture to enhance internal customer experience across 80 applications. The analyst will utilize industry best practices to provide application, infrastructure, and batch monitoring, troubleshooting and automation solutions while adhering to Citigroups process and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming Incidents and Requests associated with CTI applications.
• Drive stability efforts and manage EOVS and other environment cleanliness initiatives.
• Drive automation projects within the application support realm.
• Partner with application development, business analysis and infrastructure support teams on application change and release management.
• Manage Continuity of Business (COB) and other high availability efforts.
• Gather and present metrics pertaining to application performance, stability, and operational effectiveness.
• Provide leadership on the onboarding of new applications and technologies, ensuring that the application support team have the correct processes and procedures in place.
• Manage recurring and chronic issues in the Production environment, ensuring that risks are assessed, and remediation efforts are prioritized accordingly.
