We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure QA Engineer to join our customer's team and take ownership of all QA-related activities within the Data Center and Network, Compute & Storage, and Infrastructure as Cloud Engine (ICE) streams. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of infrastructure components through test strategy implementation, automation, execution, and documentation.

The QA Engineer will work closely with infrastructure engineers, E2E QA engineers, and delivery leads to define and execute comprehensive testing plans, automate test environments, and continuously improve QA processes.

Project scope:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for infrastructure components
• Implement and optimize QA strategies for Data Centers, Networks, Compute, and Storage
• Ensure quality across manual and automated testing, including functional, performance, security, and regression testing
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines by integrating relevant test suites
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless automation of infrastructure testing
• Identify and report defects and risks, working with development teams for resolution
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices

Requirements:

• 4+ years of QA experience in Data Centers and Cloud Providers (private/public)
• 1+ years of experience in the Energy Sector, managing and testing data warehouses
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and other scripting languages
• Experience with DevOps principles, CI/CD, virtualization, and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Hands-on experience in network protocols, containerization, and Linux environments
• Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira, Confluence, Git)
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in an agile environment
• ENG: B2+/C1

Nice to have:

• Experience with RESTful API testing and hypervisors (VMWare ESXi, OpenStack, etc.)
• Knowledge of failover testing and availability zone validation
