24x7 monitoring of ticketing tool, applications or monitoring tool consoles and take actions as per defined process
First level troubleshooting and resolution of Auto generated incidents for Server, Database, Storage and Network technologies (PP, PM, P4 priority)
Perform Daily Health
Checks and taking actions as per defined process if any anomalies found
Handle deployments on prod environment
Call-out or escalate to LM or other stakeholders in case of any PB or PPauto incident as per defined process
Coordination and follow up with vendors (Like IBM/HP ...etc) for issues related to software/hardware
Prepare and send daily, weekly or monthly operations or status reports as required
requirements-expected :
Very good verbal and written French language
English at a communicative level
Customer support experience
ServiceNow- proficient level
Knowledge of Linux- at least intermediate level
Customer - focused attitude
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in IT
Very good IT knowledge
